Overview This website is operated by Cardio Mount LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cardio Mount LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Section 2 - Products and Services Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Our mounts are manufactured using 3D printing and manual assembly processes. As a result, minor cosmetic variations between individual units may occur. These variations do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the mount. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 - Intellectual Property All designs, hardware configurations, and brand assets related to the Cardio Mount, including pending utility or design patents, are the exclusive intellectual property of Cardio Mount LLC. Purchasing our product does not transfer any rights to reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercially distribute the mount designs.

Section 4 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Section 5 - Limitation of Liability Cardio Mount LLC does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our product will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service and product is at your sole risk. In no case shall Cardio Mount LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including damage to electronic devices (such as tablets or phones) used in conjunction with our mounts.

Section 6 - Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
