Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders.

Shipping Carriers We ship all orders using either UPS or USPS. The carrier used for your specific order will depend on the destination and package dimensions to ensure the most reliable delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Cardio Mount LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@cardiomount.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include sending a replacement.
